Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. After 12 hours you will be charged $10 for last minute cancellation fee.   No call no shows will be charged

100% of remaining balance and banned.

 

Late Policy

 Please be on time. There is a 10-minute grace period.  After that time there will be a $10 late fee. After 14 minutes or more your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be

charged 50% of your service fee.

Refunds

Refunds will not be provided unless the service provider is at fault.

No Children or extra people unless being serviced no exceptions
